After suffering a knee injury while running, I enrolled in a Yoga for Runners workshop…and haven’t looked back since. After 18 years of dance lessons and performing, the movement of yoga seemed natural, but I admit I was surprised by how much more there was to the practice. Yoga not only helped me with my active lifestyle, but it also provided a calming, stress relieving, and accepting state of mind. I find allot of joy in showing others the benefits of yoga. My classes are adaptive, creative, nurturing and led in a fun and relaxed style. I strive to create an environment where you can improve alignment, posture, balance, focus, strength and flexibility. People of all ages and fitness levels are very welcome. My RYT 200 hour training is through Sound Method Yoga, and I am also Curvy Yoga and LCVY Chair Yoga Certified.
